Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MRO Tracker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Organization administrators are responsible for managing who has access within their organization.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription, billed on a per-seat or flat basis as selected at checkout, monthly or annually. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal available in the Service. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify or end trial offers at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data, disrupt the Service, or violate applicable law.
5. Your Data
You (or your organization) retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit.
6. Organization Administrators
If you administer an organization within the Service, you're responsible for the actions of members you invite or manage, and for ensuring your organization's use of the Service complies with these Terms.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRO Tracker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time.
10. Text Messages (SMS)
Program. MRO Tracker, operated by Leesburg Aviation LLC, sends text messages to users of the Service who opt in: one-time verification codes, the operational alerts each user chooses (for example AOG, overdue and open flights, assignments and quality-control requests), and replies to text messages a user sends to MRO Tracker (for example airport weather, their next flight, a departure brief or an aircraft's status).
How you opt in. Inside the Service, under My Preferences, you enter your own mobile number, tick the consent box and confirm the number with a 6-digit code texted to it. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with the alerts you choose and the texts you send. Message and data rates may apply.
Help and opting out. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@mrotracker.com or 703.415.4545. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you'll get one message confirming it. Reply START to resume. You can also change how you receive notifications, or remove your number, in My Preferences.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are a convenience and are not a substitute for an official weather briefing or for the information in the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
